Welcome to the AHS Library! Mr. Chrobak and Ms. Thorsen are excited to help you with your Ecology Passion Project. We have many resources to help you find information about your topics and properly cite those resources. Please use this guide to help you!
Books
There are many books in the library that will provide information on ecology topics. You can search for books using the library catalog.
Databases
We have several databases that will help you find reliable information from reference sources, academic journals, magazines and newspapers.
If you are using this at home, the password is welcome.
Some specific Gale databases to try are: Environmental Science and Policy Collection, Student Resources in Context, Opposing Viewpoints in Context and General Reference Center Gold.

Citations
Although the databases provide citations for you, use these resources to cite books, magazines, newspapers or other resources.
A great web site to use is Easybib. You can use this site to automatically generate citations. They also have an easy to use guide for creating citations - click here to access it.
